Hello there;

Many products I bought in the last few months have products whose usability has been canceled.

When I want to return it, I constantly get a rejection response. I like most of these services and buy them to use them later, but I haven’t been able to use the below mentioned plugins and scripts.

I request that the payments of these add-ons and scripts, which I cannot pay but cannot use, be added to me as a wallet balance.

or I request these products to be downloaded. You are blocking my access to the services I pay for and it is unethical. I request the fees I have paid to be identified in my immediate wallet.

You missed to mention the items. If you got an item that isn’t working, try to contact the author privately, considering you have already followed the documentation of the item and is doing the proper usage of it. Be patient with authors, you mostly get your issues solved. If not solved and no refund be provided, try to discuss the situation with Envato Help Center directly.
