i have just bought a theme now and its not uploading coz there is no style.php

It says html5 so it’s not a WP theme and won’t work with WordPress

Just means there will not be a CMS editor and you will need to modify the code and upload that to your domain and hosting

it is html template not WordPress Theme.

If you want to use it as a WordPress theme then you have to convert it into html to WordPress.
