Hi, I bought a theme (Druck - Print shop WooCommerce WordPress Theme) but I have problems with the purchased code, now with the demo data, 7uptheme asked me for admin passwords even ftp access, I sent them, but I can’t work yet. I checked the support page and a lot of people has the same problem, is there a chance to have my money back and buy other theme in envato?
