I’m trying to build a website that connects contractors with people looking to rent niche equipment. Ideally, contractors would come the to site, post their need for an equipment rental in X region on Y date and rental companies would receive a notification and have an opportunity to bid on the rental. There are many existing sites that already work in this model for public tenders (i.e. Merx, Biddingo, etc.)
After a lengthy search on my own, I’ve come to the conclusion that I am likely going to have to repurpose an existing theme for either a job board or a freelance work website. Does anyone have any suggestions?
