We have uploaded a theme, it got some soft rejections, we fixed theme, but now theme just dissapeared from “Hidden items”, wihout any notifications or messages (checked spam too).
Was it hard-rejected or should we contact envato support ?

It the item wasn’t hard rejected and it doesn’t appear to be in Hidden Items, it may as well be accepted 
Otherwise I would check e-mail inbox twice, sometimes you accidentally delete too many e-mails so you may want to check Bin as well.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, try contacting Envato Support:

We all know that you also can get a hard rejection after receiving a soft rejection. So maybe your item got soft rejection. I’m sure that the mail has been sent to you but, maybe it is on SPAM / BULK folder or your email is not correct.
No, on SPAM / BULK folder they are not. And email is correct, i’m sure, because Envato regularly sends letters
