I am new to Envato,I have attempted to upload my first item(Php script) for almost 3 days but I have ended up getting the same Timed out error

Less than 200mb
All of my files are less than 200mb

The really issue is not about FTP,
I have tried to get that API key needed for FTP connection and the system said link has been sent to my email
But when I check my emails,i see no email from codecanyon
You need to create a Personal Token here: https://build.envato.com/create-token/
Api permission for ftp:
When You will create a Personal Token can you confirm the following:
- You’ve generated a new API key here: https://build.envato.com/create-token/
- It has permissions to:
- When you log in you’re using the new API key as your password, and the username is set case sensitive
for ftp You will need to confirm the following settings:
Protocol: FTP - File Transfer Protocol
Host: ftp.marketplace.envato.com
Encryption: Use explicit FTP over TLS if available
Logon Type: Ask for password
User: <your Envato username here> (this is case-sensitive)
Password: <you will be prompted for the API key>

Hello, I am having the same timed out problem. I have bought the Avada theme and I am trying to register it. There is a link within the theme that redirects me to the envato api page to get a token, but it keeps timing out. I am unable to upload my Avada demo without registering the theme. Help?
