The total number of photos in new Portfolio Manager doesn't match the total photos in PhotoDune

I would like to know if any contributor that is already using the new Portfolio Manager has noticed that the total number of photos there don’t match the total number of photos on PhotoDune’s page. Mine are completely different, the difference is 138 photos. I have already contacted support, he has been helpful, and he mentioned it is a bug, but it has been already 2 weeks, and my numbers are still the same. Is this happening to anybody else?

@BenLeong Do you have any idea about this? I posted this a week ago, but I haven’t gotten any feedback about it. As per today nothing has changed.

Hi @MyLove4Art. I haven’t seen any other reports about this issue - I’ve just raised it with the Photos / portfolio manager team, and will see if they have an estimate on when this bug will be fixed.

yes, i also have different numbers

my numbers also don’t match on photo dune and the new portfolio approved images are less

Have you submitted a support ticket? All mine have been rejected so far so I have no answers for you.

Today something new happen. my previously approved images become rejected status

It definitely sounds like you need to reach out to Envato support, if you haven’t already. Hopefully someone who can actually see your portfolio and status of images can get you some answers.

I am just another photographer. I have no access to how Envato works. Mine own images that have been approved also aren’t showing up on Photodune even though I can see them on Elements. I have no answers, just the same questions. Sorry!

I just noticed on Photodune that if I switch the view from “Date Published” to “Published” I can see the photo approved in the new system!

It must be a glitch that needs to be reported.

Hi Marg! That’s a very strange one - I don’t even have a “Published” filter when I view that page.

I can see the new item when sorting by “Date Updated” though.

I’ll check with the Market team - this one feels like the upload system is doing what it’s meant to, but the problem appears to be in how Market displays that content. It may be that the Date Published filter on Market just lags by a few days, but if it’s something more serious then they’ll be able to investigate further.

The sort options are different when I visit someone else’s portfolio compared to visiting my own. I also have to switch to “Date Updated” to see other people’s most recent images.

I noticed that nothing has changed regarding the number of photos in my portfolio manager my approved images do not match the number of images in photodune

Do you have any “disabled” photos listed? They are part of the Approved total because they were once approved and then disabled for various reasons.
