Hmm… perfect sales for me these days… about 10 sales per day 25, 26, 27(by 15:00) very very good! I am in Europe and main sales are in the night time - means that USA users buy. But i noticed silence in daytime. Seems Europe doesn’t want to buy.

Steady as she goes… another extended license… yeaaha!
despite the up and down, March is already the highest in revenue and sales number. Average out to be a 4 sales a day average, a $13 a day revenue so far. but still we have 4 days to go.

I very much hoped that it not so :-]
I don’t really think that anybody is using this thread for self promotion. There are only authors here so no reason for a self promotion I guess…the reason I go here is that I want to know if anybody is experiencing the same things - low sales, big sales…whatever. Just another source to get some kind of statistics.
BTW one of the best number to watch and check is the minimum value of sales to get to the weekly top-sellers. IMHO if the number is low (11, 12 sales) then the overall sales on VideoHive were pretty low last week. If the number is higher (15, 16) then you can probably say that the week was pretty good. It is not really accurate, but you can get some basic idea I think - look at this number on other marketplaces and you can get an idea of the overall volume there (I’m jealous about ThemeForest )
Another statistic I check is my rank in the Top Authors. If I’m going up then I know that I’m selling more, if I’m stable on the same position then I know nothing serious is going on and if I’m going down, then I know it’s time for another project

Forum posting is extremely time-intensive, is broadly only seen by other authors, and I’m convinced has approximately zero effect in promoting sales. I personally post here because I like the community.

That may be a bit different for AE template authors and stock footage producers since the authors need stock footage more often than templates from other authors, sometimes for their not-Videohive jobs, sometimes for their templates to use as placeholders or an essential part of a template. I guess that has some sense.
