The KLEO thema does not work completely
I bought the KLEO theme on June 20, 2018, but I have many problems with it:

  1. when I’m the administrator of the topic, I create different user roles, but none of them work, the platform only assigns administrator roles.
  2. I do not know if SENSEI is really included, because it does not work. The lessons are created, but when they leave the platform and re-enter, they are automatically deleted.
  3. When questionnaires are created, the multiple choice questionnaire does not work, only the questions are seen and the response options to mark do not appear anywhere.
    Before buying KLEO, I asked if it came with the accessories I need as a sensei, they told me it was included.
    I want you to please tell me how I solve these problems?

Hi there, thanks for being a customer of our theme.

Sensei plugin code is available for free on github. You can pay it to support the plugin development and to get plugin support though but you can choose not to.

Your issues seem to come from bbPress & Sensei and some misconfiguration. Make sure to always update the theme and also I see a new Sensei update will be available when updating Kleo to v4.3.11

For support, this link does not work. When you enter by register, and you copy the purchase code, the page is blank (to see: images for register - and: image1).

The system does not allow creating a new account.

When sending another ticket, the system does not allow, since it says that the purchase code was already used with another user (image2).
