The documentation is asking for a cover image but there is no cover image on the upload form? I plan on uploading a wordpress plugin to code canyon. I am following these instructions: https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000424863-Item-Presentation-Requirements

In the Envato documentation, the term “cover image” refers to the inline preview image — the one displayed on the item page and in other sections of the site.

I am well aware of what it is, but how to you specify that image on the upload form?

First, click on “Choose Files” and upload the following:

  1. The plugin ZIP file
  2. A thumbnail image
  3. An inline preview image

Next, the uploaded files will appear in their respective fields. For the inline preview image, select the correct file from the dropdown list.

That is not the cover image, there are different specifications for that, did you read the article? and compare the form on the left side of my screenshot? Thank you for answering but I am asking a very specific question to which I have no received an answer for.

The specs for the cover image in the article state:

  • Cover images must have a 3:2 aspect ratio
  • Recommended Dimensions: 2340px (W) x 1560px (H)

The Preview Images is
Recommended Dimensions:

  • 1170px wide

As you can see the specs for the cover image are different and the form does not provide a place to upload the cover image.
