Hello
I’m having a lot of difficulties to download this template in wordpress
I asked for your support two days ago but so far you have not responded

I bought a template from your site that I could buy a license to receive support from you.
I have only been having a problem for two days now because I can load the template in Wordpres.
I entered your site to request support as I purchased 12-month support extension and to my amazement, I see that I was “Cheated” because the support page is actually a Forum.

I ask for your assistance in loading the template I purchased from you as my right
