Taxi/Limo Cost Estimator WP Plugin

I would like to see a plugin for taxi/limo companies that have standard rates. They could enter their prices in and a user could type a to and from address and get a cost estimate.

Here is an awesome example of what I would like to see:

I would personally pay $40 for it from Envato.
