(Auto Transport Website Instant Price Quote Calculator Plugin Request!)

I am building a website for an Auto-Transport company. I need a Price Calculator with or without Word Press price calculator plugin. The user should be able to type in their current location and drop-off destination (see example below). I would like it so that the user can start typing in a city and suggestions would appear (see example below). I.E. I want to drop my car off in Orlando, FL. The form should tell me how much that would cost and the price vary from whatever the destination is.

Use the following information in order to try the quote form and you will see price quote.

Origin: San Diego, CA 92105

Destination: Orlando, FL 32801
