Support does not answer my ticket

I wrote to Envato’s Help and Support Center several days ago regarding a credit and have not received any response yet. Is there a support chat?

Unfortunately there is no chat and it’s weekend so you can expect to get their reply from Monday. They will respond as soon as they get to that ticket.

On May 22, 2020 I was reimbursed $47 and on Nov 23, 2020 said refund expired. I had not received notification of the email informing me of the refund.

Please I want that credit to buy your products, since I couldn’t use them before. I need to buy templates because I am a student.
