I have made a monthly subscription and its going to end now. Will I be able to redownload the files I have downloaded earlier during subscription?

No - once you are unsubscribed it is not possible to redownload files.

Also to keep using the items you have downloaded - the project including them needs to be finished while you are still subscribed.

You cannot download items and store them for future use once you have unsubscribed

if your subscription active then you are allowed to download any item from envato elements as many times you are planning to add the item under a project. But most important thing your download must need to register under a project during your subscription active. you cannot stockpile items for future use and cancel the subscription.
