Submitting Extension of Open-Source (PHP Scripts)

Hi there,
So i’ve created a software (NexoPOS) that is available for free on Github. Now, i like the freemium approach so i wanted to sell premium extensions of this app here on CodeCanyon. But I’m not sure about the approach to use while submitting the app to CodeCanyon:

  • Should I include both the GitHub app and Extension?
  • Does having a testing environment for reviewers is useful?

In short, what is the requirements to have the item properly reviewed with less steps for the Reviewers?
