Studio Envato like script

I’m looking for a script or even a WordPress theme which will allow me to have almost identical features like Studio Envato.

  1. People would buy the service
  2. Script would automatically assign the job to available freelancer.
  3. Freelancers need to have ability to upload videos and files and can have 1 max job at the time with ability to purchase more available jobs at the moment
  4. People can choose between different packages
  5. Messaging is required.

Is there any script which can do that or something similar?

I don’t think you’d be able to find it as this requires too much work and it won’t be able to for sale as theme/template.
