stuck in maintenance mode tags:wordpress

I am using the enfold theme, I activated the “maintenance mode” feature. When I was ready to publish the site, I set it to disable mode in but at the dashboard, I still see the message that maintenance mode is active.

Also, I have realised the page has changed from “stretched” layout to boxed.

Please assist.
