Soft Rejection due to Documentation Issue - Need Help!

Hey everyone,

My item recently received a soft rejection due to documentation concerns, and the review team recommended using the Documenter Tool found here: The Documenter - Envato Forums

I’ve been trying to work on it, but every time I attempt to build the documentation, I encounter an error message that says, “Something went wrong, please try again later!” Has anyone else faced this issue, or does anyone have a workaround?

If anyone has a way to contact the developer or knows if they are still working on the project to fix this error, I’d greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you!

Probably there are some lackings in your documentation. I do not think, you mush have to use their suggested documentation creator tool. Try to show the installation process in detail with proper screenshots, try to explain the functionality with screenshots and necessary code segments.
