Soft Rejected items get hard Rejected

Anyone Please Help me! I am new in Envato. few days ago i uploaded a videohive items. After finishing Review Envato Quality team says" Your uploaded item Guitar Audio Visualization Pack. needs improvement"

Please fix it. make sure your preview video covers the whole frame.

I did those changes & upload the cover video again covering the whole frame.
But Envato Quality team hardly Rejected my items why?

they says again " Your item, Guitar Audio Visualization Pack., has been reject"

Thanks for resubmitting your item, however upon further inspection by additional review team members, we’ve decided that this item doesn’t meet our current quality standards of design and execution.

When reviewing projects, we take into consideration the flexibility, usefulness, appeal to a broader audience and broadcast readiness of the file. Unfortunately we don’t feel as though this project meets the standards we have set for these criteria.

In this situation how can i understand what was the problems when resubmitting this items. I am sure i resubmit this items properly.

Please help me where the problems was!

We don’t have access to any video preview. Anyway, if your project was finally hard rejected, then there’s nothing you can do about this but making a totally new different project.

Since it’s hard rejected, no one can see that page.

After re-submission, your project was reviewed by another reviewer, and his opinion was different from the 1st reviewer. Or the reviewer can change his mind. Unfortunately, this happens sometimes. Nothing can be done but start a new project.
