Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “DIFF” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.
Here is the comment from your Envato Quality team reviewer:
We appreciate the effort and time you’ve put into creating your item. And we’d be happy to help make sure your next entry will meet our submission requirements. Here’s our advice:
Visit our forums and ask fellow authors for feedback. Our helpful community will be glad to lend a hand.
Check out this Help Center article to understand why and how items get rejected.
Please be aware we have updated our watermarks. You can find the new Envato watermark on the help center here. This means that all new item submissions and resubmissions from the the 14th of March onwards will need to use the new watermark in the preview. Items submitted using the old watermark, may be rejected. Read the full announcement post here.
Remember you can get help, in the form of tutorials or skilled professionals, on Envato Tuts+ and Envato Studio.
We hope to see a new submission from you soon!
I can’t find out the problem, i have created 250 templates in this project and i spent months to create it, please help me
Hi! It’s not a Soft-reject. It’s a Hard Reject. (As I understand, this is Hard Reject after Soft-reject)
If you want to get advice from other authors from Videohive, you should post videopresentation of your project here
I think they are just hard-rejecting this because you shall edit the soft rejected item instead. You did submit a new item, instead of editing the old one.
Go to your dashboard and take a look at the “Hidden Items” Tab. Your soft rejected items are there. You are meant to go to the edit-page of that item, and upload the new, corrected versions there.
If there is no item there anymore, then they did in fact hard reject it, I guess.
Clarification: The first few lines of the email are always the same, talking about not good enough quality. It is the part after “Here is the comment from your Envato Quality team reviewer:” that is important.
Thank you @romlam, @Creattive and @Creattive for your replies
This is exactly what I did, in this image you can find the first rejection with the reasons
I fixed it but i re-submitted it as new project here is the video preview
I will re-submit the correction as you told and i hope everything going as I hope
Thank you so much
