We receive a lot of business/corporate capability-themed animations and therefore we’re very strict when reviewing these kinds of projects. Because there is so much competition in this genre, we only accept projects that we feel provide exceptional design quality and execution. Unfortunately, this project does not meet our high standards for this kind of style.

Please be aware we have updated our watermarks. You can find the new Envato watermark on the Help Center here. This means that all new item submissions and resubmissions from the the 14th of March onwards will need to use the new watermark in the preview. Very strange answer… “You’re nearly there!” and then “Unfortunately, this project does not meet our high standards”… and then “will need to use the new watermark in the preview”…

Looks like soft reject , but this can be a hard reject.

Try to use a new watermark and upload this project again.
I didn’t really understand what they meant by that message. )))

I didn’t put the watermark. Maybe that’s it? In other projects, too, there is no watermark.

Very strange indeed. This is a hard rejection and a soft rejection at the same time. Here’s what I would do if I were you. I would put the watermark, which the reviewer thought of and once I re-submit the template in the box where you message the reviewer I would type in “I was soft-rejected because I did not put the watermark. Now, I put it. Have a nice day”

How will I know if my Item has been Soft or Hard Rejected?
At each stage of the review process, you will receive an email updating you on the status of your submission. The email will outline if the item has been Soft or Hard Rejected:

View the status of your submission via the email sent to you from the Quality Team.
If the email subject line contains “Needs Improvement”, your item has been Soft Rejected.
If the email subject line contains “Rejected”, your item has been Hard Rejected.
