Sorry to be blunt but i don’t think you have any chance of it being approved. The design quality isn’t good enough. Spend more time on researching the quality needed to compete on the market.
then why were soft reject item?
I guess as the review times are so long at the moment they wanted to give you a chance to fix your demo link as it looks like they couldn’t even view the theme. I would try to drastically improve the theme before you resubmit.
