My Item got Hard reject and this is the reason. Can anybody tell me what is it. I don’t realise that

Yes, you can. But your review queue time will start over as day 1.

Your template is SOFT REJECTED but no Hard Rejected, you add link live demo and resubmit you design. Regards.
