Demo not accessible - Item "Hard Rejected"

Hello everyone,
I was waiting for one of my item approval today. It has been 22 days since I submitted the item today reviewer gave me hard reject with this response.
"LIVE DEMO NOT ACCESSIBLE: A full review cannot be performed at this time - please check your live demo URL and resubmit. "

Is it normal? Maybe my server was not responding the moment he/she trying to access the demo. It can be Soft Rejected.
Can you guys give me any reason how it can be?

Could you please provide your demo URL here?
Reviewers can’t review your item if the demo url not accessible.
I think you will need to add a comment to reviewer when you submit item.

Is there any option available here if I give my demo URL here and the reviewer can notice the issue and try to resolve the issue?
