Soft reject after resubmit 1 minute, Please Advice

Hi,
Today, we resubmit our WP theme, then after 1 minutes, seriously, I mean after 1 minute, we got a soft reject from reviewer:

  1. Any incomplete, not prime-ready, outdated or bland themes will be hard rejected. You are simply reserving the queue with your submission and creating a review delays. This applies to conversions as well! Major improvements are required! What that really mean ? Please advice

It means either that you have a browser cache problem and that your upload didn’t take in account changes made to the theme (it happens on rare occasion to some authors I read), or that your changes are not enough.

Iam also struggling to make my first HTML template approved, and sometimes, reviewers can be harsh. You should take some time before resubmitting your item to avoid this kind of answer. Maybe if they see that time has passed, they will likely understand that you made the required changes.
