I am looking for a solid, EASY to use wordpress theme that does NOT use a large slider or Hero image at the top of the main page. Ideally, I’d like to install demo material, and work from there… but every thing seems to have HUGE image sliders/banners and Hero images. Not what we want.
This is for a Nonprofit- charity service website. Minimal but sleek… we are comfortable changing any demo type into our own content, but really need to find something that doesn’t hog the entire screen with that one image on a tablet or desktop.
You can deactivate and remove slider on any template. I don’t see any problem about that.
