Hey Korab,
Did you download the Full Report from GTmetrix yet? The first two things that jump out to me are minifying your CSS (specifically: td_legacy_main.css and the style.css then enabling compression on your server. When going deeper into the report if found these items that you can improve pretty quickly:
- Image Compression. Here are images you need to compress: /white-230x90-mobile.png, /Logo-Veglat-per-web-2-300x99.png and /logo-272x90-1.png
- Fonts: You have what appears to be 4 fonts all taking around 4 seconds to load: /mem5YaGs126MiZpBA-UN7rgOUuhp.woff2, /mem5YaGs126MiZpBA-UNirkOUuhp.woff2, /mem8YaGs126MiZpBA-UFVZ0b.woff2 and /newsmag.woff?14.
If you are able to attack those first and then run GTMetrix again, you should see a pretty big improvement in your load time. Good Luck.
