Try to listen top tracks here on AJ and aproach that quality and rate of arragement.
The quality of tracks on AJ is improving day by day so you have to match this and permanently work hard and learn I believe.
I wish you will get it!

What are the main reasons of rejection? the composition? the sounds? the mixing/mastering?

I think the reason is not good enough mixing and mastering.
You should work on the reverberation, sound desigh of your track, volume of tracks and instruments, and in aggregate on the sound of your whole track
That is the my opinion
