if am making a product but instead start from scratch i want to buy some codecanyon,themeforest products and sell the totally new product on envato market

you are not allowed to do it. except in some cases [as like you would like convert html (from another author) to any cms/mvc, would like to use any plugin into your theme] but you must have to get written permission from the item author and the item author have to get permission from envato support team.
