same files? elements vs themeforest

Hello everyone!

For a specific item, on themeforest and elements.envato; the same files or is is it possiblşe that one of them is older?

For example, the same WP Theme (NAIX):

vs

Because, there is no info about the “last update” or “copatibility of PHP version” etc…

Or should i think “even if it’s old, after installation it will be updated through the WP dashboard”?

The main difference is that you don’t get any support with elements.

You also do not get the same automatic updates unless the author uploads a new version and you manually download and install that

Isn’t it terribly bad if it’s a theme? Who want’s an “out of date” theme in his/her website?
