Hi, why is it possible for buyers to be able to leave reviews if their support expired? This is a big problem as when a buyer’s support expired they can still hold you hostage to a bad review if you refuse to help.
If they do this, let support know and they’ll take care of the situation. It’s definitely not allowed.
Buyers have always been able to leave reviews at any time, since their license to the product is always active even if support expires.
