It is impractical to properly support product on themeforest, the review system is deliberately making us author harder and harder to support product on this platform.
If we are submitting for a new product, then it is understandable to give all kind of hellish nightmare to review the product… but for product update?
The funny thing is after updating several products, 2 product with the EXACT same code framework accepted but one is rejected?
does the reviewer even understand that it is way better to have author fixing bugs that reported by actual customer (human) rather than rejecting the update and leave customer hanging with broken code?
oh well… crazy system…
