after hours of searching, the forum is the only one I found to ask my question. I received a refund, but it was not enough. I bought a plugin that didn’t work. How do I reach Envato?

Hi charlie,
Thank you for the info. Precisely because I can’t find anything where I can write to support, I registered here. You can’t reply to emails about refunds. Exactly that is my problem! Despite hours of searching, I can’t find the area where I can contact Envato Support. Where’s the area? It’s very well hidden.
