Can I use Vimeo and Youtube videos without a commercial license only for viewing under Creative Commons?
I can put in the description of my item: “Videos used only for preview purposes under Creative Commons”. And below list the links used. Can I do this?

Yes why not. When you sort on Vimeo you should choose “CC BY”, and “Creative Commons” on YouTube

That should be fine.
Any license, including creative commons, needs to allow for commercial use… as you’re using the content in the marketing materials for your item.
