I need help for vimeo video license for Creative commons Can I use this Attribution Non-Commercial Share Alike License for using my projects.
If it says “non-commercial” then you cannot use it, because is is used to promote a product that’s sold, thus it is commercial.

From here you can use (at least in previews) basically any video with a licence that doesn’t state “Non-Commercial”, from their appropriate CC categories. Just make sure to attribute the videos in the Theme description (and documentation if video is delivered with the package) to their authors according to the license terms.
