Question about exclusivity of track on AJ

Hey guys, I have next qestion for who knows about this situation:
Can I take a hook, instrumental part of my track and customize it for aj standard if I going to distribuit full track later with diffrent artist name, diffrent key of track and with vocals on all digital platforms .
I’m exclusive here, is it possible? it’s going to be sounds similar but diffrent key and will be appears on aj firstly.

The exclusivity agreement allows you to distribute your music for listening purposes. You can sell the same track both on AJ as stock music and on iTunes as an artistic song. What you cannot do is sell the same track on another stock music platform.
