Can i use what i sell here in my own songs that i sell through CD baby? for example effects/or whole tracks

If so, this is only if i’m NON EXCLUSIVE right?

You can use them, you just can’t distribute them elsewhere if you’re selling them with an exclusive account.

Actually, the exclusivity policy is a bit different for music. Music sold on AJ can also be distributed on other platforms, as long as it is solely for listening purpose, even if you’re exclusive.

You just need to make sure you opt-out of ContentID services those distributors may offer.

Right, I meant distribute as in sell or give away for free.

Just to lift any confusion, you can indeed sell your music on iTunes and on AJ and still uphold your exclusivity agreement with Envato.
