If I’m an exclusive author on audiojungle and have a 1 sale on my track so can I delete that track from the AJ portfolio and sell in someplace else?

Yes. Exclusivity only applies to content you have on the marketplace… not content you don’t.
yes but… why doing that? you can compose more similar tracks like this… if you have sold this one here, you can sell again very well here…
