Question About Affiliate Earnings on Impact for a Recently Sold Product

Hi everyone! I recently made a sale using my affiliate link for my product, but when I checked my Impact dashboard, it shows no earnings from that transaction. Has anyone experienced something similar?

I’m wondering if there’s a delay in tracking sales or if I missed a step in setting up the affiliate link correctly. I followed the process outlined in the affiliate documentation, but I’m still not seeing any earnings on Impact.

If anyone has advice or insights on what might be happening (or on how long it usually takes for earnings to appear after a sale), I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance!

Is this item from Envato Market or Envato Elements?

You’ll only earn a commission (30%) if the referred user is new to Envato and makes their first-ever purchase on the Marketplace through your link. For Envato Elements, however, you’ll earn between $20 to $120 per new subscriber.

Oh, thanks. I didn’t quite understand how this worked. My product is on the Market and Elements, but the affiliate link I shared was only for the Market.
