Purchase Code Invalid and No Support To Resolve It Because of the Invalid Code

I purchased a brand new theme and its says the purchased code is invalid. Support also will not support me because it says my purchase code is invalid. How do I get help to resolve the issue with the purchase code.

You can send the purchase code pdf file to the theme author.
If the author don’t respond then you can open an Envato Customer support Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to check the purchase code for you.
