PSD approved and HTML disapproved. Do you know the reason?

Hi Guys,

We had our first PSD approved on TF. The same PSD design was converted and we considered all code quality standards. The HTML version is rejected while they said the following words.

Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Creative HTML5 Corporate Template” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

We do not know the exact reason behind this rejection. Can you please let us know your thoughts on this?

How old is the PSD?

Did you tell the reviewer the design was approved?

here is no guarantee of approval from one category to the next - what’s the demo link?

The PSD was actually approved after the HTML was submitted. We actually submitted PSD first and then HTML after a week.
