Problem with video thumbnails appearing black in search results

I recently contacted the support center about an issue with the thumbnails of multiple videos uploaded to Videohive appearing black.
They advised me to update the thumbnails manually, I updated a number of videos but those are still appear black.

When I found out about this problem, I initially thought that a more than 2560 x 1440 size thumbnail was a reason, but the same problem appeared with a video that was custom uploaded with a just 1920x1080 size thumbnail.
And now this problem keeps repeating on my newly uploaded videos.

It seems that other authors have the same problem. When will this issue be resolved?
I think this is currently affecting my sales.

same issue with my projects its showing black on preview image also

As of today, half of the videos on the main page of Videohive are black!

omg… 60 of my 70 items previews are black, but they look fine on Elements

I updated many of these items but they remain black! I ve checked them into different devices and browsers too.

Every thumbnail is black for more than 4 days. Sales have stopped.
