I have add 2 element 3D templates and they was confirmed but They not searchable or visible on Element 3d section. Can anyone help?
the arrow in your screenshot points to the tag filter. If you select element 3d there, your item needs to have “element 3d” as a search tag.
I see your items do have this tag, so they appear for me in the search results:
You maybe did not wait long enough after the approval, the different pages need some time to clear the cache and show the newest files.
Another tip: You now only list Element 3D Pro Shaders as required, but you should also list Element 3D (v2) itself as a required plugin.
