Does anyone face with problem like this?
I’ve sent the item update for a four times in a few days. All of the updates were approved, but from some reason the title, tags, icon and the preview image are updated but the main package with the theme still remains unadapted.
I wrote an direct message to the reviewer and also to Envato support and still waiting to their respond.
