I updated item but 12 hours still wating ?

Hi, I don’t know what happen with update item from ThemeForest, I did updated item successful in 15minutes to 1 hour before but now when update item, I need wait more than 12hours and still waiting, no one accept for me, or I am a new author so ThemeForest take a long time for me ? My customers want refund because don’t get the update.
Hope Envato team will check the update issue

May take up to 24 hours. Give some more time

A lot of authors are meeting this issues. It used to be around 1-10mins.

Tell them you have already updated but it needs approval from the reviewers
