Problem with importing demos settings and customizing slider

Hey,
I bought CheerUp theme. I wanted to use similar theme like this one: https://cheerup.theme-sphere.com/trendy/?slider=trendy. Unfortunately, I had problems because I couldn’t change just the slider font colour, I couldn’t make the black background of title transparent and the images weren’t cropped.

Then I decided to import demo settings but I got message: The customizer import file is not suitable for current theme. You can only import customizer settings for the same theme or a child theme.

I think you should contact the theme authors , they will help . Hav you checked if CheerUp theme is active theme?

Hi

Please check the theme documentation hopefully you will get necessary support. If you have still problem with the theme then The best way to get the support is Contact your purchased Theme Author.

Don’t worry just contact Author. Author will be very happy to assist you.
