Can't do a demo import w/ Cheerup Theme

I recently purchased Cheerup theme. I’d like to do a demo import however when I attempt it says I need to download the plug in Bunyad. It has a link to a page. The link says that the page is forbidden. I can’t find any plugin with Bunyad. I can’t figure out how to do a demo import.
