Thanks for using Slider Revolution. The slider template zip file could have been corrupted when you exported it. Try using another browser and make sure that the plugin is updated to the latest version. If the issue persists, contact us via our email at help@themepunch.support and we’ll investigate this further for you.

I know that the solution and the last reply of the problem was 10 month ago, but after spending 1 night to try to apply all suggestions I found on the web, I guess that someone will be happy to know that…:

the very problem is Safari!
please forget to use Safari with Slider Revolution and everything will be smoother :shark:
