Hi, I hope you can help, or advise please.

I bought videohive-kJYPAm0s-short-youtube-opener for editing and downloaded the file. However when I click to open the Project.prproj (from Videohive ), it does not open. I get an error box saying that the file cannot open or may be damadged.

Is it because I am using an older version of Premiere?

Any advise welcome.
